Evolve Skateboards are an exciting product and will provide you endless fun, please read ALL the information below before using the website and before using your board.
Do not ride your board until you have read the following message :
- ALWAYS wear a helmet and other safety equipment when riding the board.
- Your board can lose brakes and power during your ride at any time due to low battery on the skateboard or remote. If this happens, its best to ride your board at speeds you are comfortable without power or brakes.
- Always obey and check the local road rules in your area for where you can ride and do not ride on busy roads with line markings.
- Riding in the fastest speed modes are very powerful and the trigger is highly sensitive, be sure to very gentle with the trigger control to avoid being thrown off the board. Start by trying to move as slowly as possible within these speed modes when both using the brakes and acceleration.
- Do not ride the board if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Do not ride the board in wet conditions. The board may slide from under your feet causing injury.
- ALWAYS respect pedestrians!
- Always maintain your board, this is the owners responsibility. Always check all screws/nuts throughout the skateboard are tight regularly. Always clean your bearings for best roll and quietest/smoothest ride (including the bearing in the drive gear). Bearings get dirty and effect ride quality and may reduce battery performance and cause possible bearing failure.
- Avoid water - Riding in wet conditions is very dangerous and may cause injury. The board is not water proof. The electronic and mechanical components are subject to damaged due to water. Please note; damage as a result of moisture exposure is not considered a manufacturer defect and not covered by warranty.
- Abuse - Do not jump on the board, ride off gutters or curbs, smash the board into hard objects, or drop the board on the ground for starting operation. Although the product has been made to handle rigorous riding, its still an electrical product and needs to be handled with care and respect. Our warranty does not cover significant impacts or damage resulting from any of the above.
- Whenever you ride the Evolve board, you risk serious injury or even death from loss of control, collisions and falls. To ride safely, you must read ALL instructions and safety messages and warnings in the manual.
- Riding on Hills - Riding on hills can be very dangerous, what goes up must come down! So if you ride up an insanely steep hill and you intend to ride down this same hill, this is extremely dangerous and you must know how to control your speed without the use of the electric brakes if ever there was a malfunction or there was a situation where the brakes fail.
We are the Evolve Skateboards North American Distribution center, we ship anywhere within the United States and Canada.
With the exception of pre-order reservations, most in-stock orders will be fulfilled within 7-10 business days of the order date. Sorry, we are unable to expedite skateboard orders; all skateboard orders must ship UPS ground service only.
- Canadian Customers: Customers are responsible for Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (collected at checkout). Sorry, we are unable to expedite skateboard orders; all orders containing a skateboard order must ship FedEx International Ground service only.
- Mexican Customers: Due to our carriers current policies, at this time we are unable to ship orders containing a skateboards to addresses in Mexico.
- APO, FPO Addresses: We ship orders to APO and FPO addresses, however, we are unable to ship complete boards to APO and FPO addresses. Contact our headquarters in Australia at firstname.lastname@example.org for information on purchasing a board in your location.

Once your order is received and payment confirmed, your order will be shipped via the method chosen during checkout. Most in stock orders ship within 1-2 business days however, processing time may increase during heavy traffic times such as holidays. Daily pickup time for USPS is 10am (PST) and UPS is 3pm (PST). Orders received after these times will be dispatched the following day.
Pre-Order reservations will ship based on the estimation given at the time of purchase. Pre-Order reservation ship times are estimations and are subject to unforeseen delays. You are welcome to cancel your Pre-Order reservation and receive a full refund at any time prior to shipping. Order processing time may increase if there is a suspicion of fraudulent payment. Orders received from anonymous IP's must have matching billing and shipping addresses. Orders received from anonymous IP's to be shipped to freight forwarding companies will be cancelled immediately. If payment was received under suspicious circumstances you may be contacted by Signifyd to verify the cardholder's identity and the order may be cancelled at any time.
Evolve Skateboards Canada ships all orders FOB origin, higher value orders will be sent with signature confirmation. If you are unavailable to sign during the delivery attempts, your driver will leave further instructions on retrieving your package. Evolve Skateboards reserves the right to hold or alter delivery after the order has shipped for reasons related to customer service or suspicion of fraud.
We are unable to guarantee the services of hired delivery services, and you agree to not hold Evolve Skateboards liable for any shipping issues including but not limited to lost or damaged packages.
All Skateboards must be shipped as Hazmat or Dangerous goods shipments. Please note; FedEx does not guarantee expeditated services for Hazmat or Dangerous shipments. If an expedited delivery option is selected and your shipment is delayed, FedEx will not refund payment.
If you suspect your item is damaged or missing contents, do not sign or accept your package upon delivery, report the damage to the driver, and contact us immediately.
If you are experiencing an issue with the delivery of a package (lost or missing), the most efficient method to resolve the issue is to contact the courier service used and reference your tracking number so they can investigate the error.
USPS- It is not uncommon for a tracking info to display "delivered" up to as much as 48 hours prior to actually being delivered. USPS requires 7 business days from the expected arrival date to initiate a claim. If USPS has incorrectly delivered your order, you can initiate a claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm and reference your tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email. If you are unable to locate your tracking number, we will be happy to provide it to you. In the meantime, contacting your local post office directly may help resolve the issue faster.
If USPS has damaged your package, you can initiate a claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm Please note, USPS insures all First Class and Priority Shipments up to $100
UPS- If UPS has damaged or incorrectly delivered your order, you can initiate the claim here: https://wwwapps.ups.com/webClaims/create?loc=en_US&report_type=1&WT.svl=PNRO_L1 by entering your tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email. If you are unable to locate the tracking number, we will be happy to provide it to you.
Please note, in order to be considered lost with UPS, a package must be undelivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. A report cannot be made until then. Please allow additional time when a package is delayed due to adverse weather.
FedEx- If FedEx has damaged or incorrectly delivered your order, you can initiate the claim here: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/claims.html by entering your tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email. If you are unable to locate the tracking number, we will be happy to provide it to you.
Please note, in order to be considered lost with FedEx, a package must be undelivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. A report cannot be made until then. Please allow additional time when a package is delayed due to adverse weather.
Please contact us so we can monitor and provide additional details and information as needed, however, please know that we are unable to obtain nor have access to additional updates other than what is given by the courier's website.
If you are unhappy with the order placed from our website you are welcome to return it to us for a refund. If your product was purchased through evolveskateboards.ca contact us at email@example.com within 7 days to receive a return authorization (RA) number. This RA number is mandatory and should be clearly marked on the package. RA numbers are valid for a period of 10 days only. After 10 days, the RA number will automatically delete from our system. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Products returned without an RA number will be returned to the shipper at the owner's expense.
When returning merchandise, all items should include all factory packaging and accessories in its original carton intact. All merchandise must be shipped with freight prepaid and the RA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box. For your protection, we recommend you insure your shipment. Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return.

We are unable to accept products on return after 7 days of receipt. Only Evolve electric skateboards that have been used on smooth, clean surfaces and are still in as-new condition can be returned. Products operated in wet conditions are not eligible for return. If the item differs at all to the item that was sent, shows any signs of damage, customizing, or misuse you will be subject to a restocking fee.
Items not eligible for return:
-Items that have been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident (ie riding in wet conditions, dropping the board etc). (Evolve skateboards are not designed to be jumped down stairs or off curbs. Doing maneuvers like this can result in damage and therefore may result in component failures.)
-Items subjected to tampering, unauthorized alterations, or modification.
-Evolve electronic components that have been installed in Evolve Skateboards that do not contain Evolve components exclusively, Evolve electronic components connected to components manufactured by companies other than Evolve, or installing Evolve components into devices other than Evolve brand skateboards.
- Used perishable items due to their deterioration through standard use. These items are - bearings, belts, tubes, tires, bushings, grip tape and wheels
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. You will be refunded 100% of the purchase price minus shipping costs and any restocking fees. Please note, although the reimbursement is immediate, it may take a few business days for your bank to make said funds available to you. Please contact your bank for further details
In the unlikely event of a defect, Evolve Skateboards warrants to the original user that our Evolve electric skateboard shall be free from all defects in material and workmanship for 12 months (GTR/Stoke Series Only) from the date of purchase. Evolve accessories are covered for a period of 30 days.
This warranty does not apply to the following:
-Any electric skateboard that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident (ie riding in wet conditions, dropping the board etc). (Evolve skateboards are not designed to be jumped down stairs or off curbs. Doing maneuvers like this can result in damage and therefore may result in component failures.)
-Defects caused by tampering, unauthorized alterations, or self repairs are also not covered by this warranty.
-Damage caused by installing parts other than Evolve brand components or installing Evolve components into devices other than Evolve brand skateboards.
-Perishable items due to their deterioration through standard use. These items are - bearings, belts, tubes, tires, bushings, grip tape and wheels.
Boards sold by Evolve Skateboards in Canada that malfunction within 7 days of receipt and which cannot be diagnosed and repaired remotely, will be shipped back to Evolve at our expense for repair at no charge. If the malfunction is due to quality and workmanship, the board will be repaired and return shipped to the customer at no charge. Boards that malfunction after 8 days of receipt must be returned at the owner's expense. If the problem is determined to be a warrantied malfunction vs. misuse, the customer will receive a $50 discount code for Evolve future purchases to compensate for return shipping charges, in addition, repairs will be administered and returned to the customer at no charge. International customers are responsible for shipping charges as well as customs taxes and fees regardless of the date of return. If the problem is determined to be related to misuse versus a malfunction, a repair quote will be provided. If a return is requested in lieu of warranty service, the item will be treated as a return. All returns require an RA number; the shipper will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please see 'returns' section for further details
Please note; Manufacturer's warranty applies exclusively to new complete skateboards purchased from Evolve Skateboards and their authorized retailers. Skateboards purchased elsewhere, used condition, or second hand are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Registration is required only when board is purchased through an Authorized Evolve Skateboard retailer.
Skateboards purchased from evolveskateboardsusa.com are automatically registered and require no further action.
Information collected is for verification purposes only and will not be shared or sold to any party outside of Evolve Skateboards.
Evolve Skateboards will not use your information to contact you in an unsolicited manner.
ONLINE SALES AGREEMENT, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PARENT INFORMATION
SALE OF ANY EQUIPMENT ON THIS WEB SITE IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED ON THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT. YOU, OR YOUR PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN (IF YOU ARE A MINOR), MUST READ THIS AGREEMENT PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER WITH EVOLVE LONGBOARDS USA LLC.
The best safety equipment and the most experienced athlete cannot completely eliminate the risks certain sporting and outdoor activities pose. Certain sporting and outdoor activities are inherently dangerous. By purchasing and using the equipment sold by Evolve Skateboards USA LLC the purchaser understands and voluntarily undertakes the risks involved with sporting and outdoor activities, including but are not limited to: electric skateboarding and skateboarding. Such risks and dangers include, but are not limited to: sprains, broken bones, bruises, cuts, temporary or permanent paralysis and even death. Other risks include: unforeseen weather conditions, hazardous and unknown terrain, geographical conditions, failure to properly maintain equipment, failure to obey traffic instructions or local laws and engaging in sporting and outdoor activities while physically exhausted or disabled. This electric skateboard is a high performance machine and should not used or operated in any way by children under the age of 14 years old. YOU MUST WEAR APPROPRIATE SAFETY EQUIPMENT (ESPECIALLY A HELMET) WHENEVER RIDING AN ELECTRIC SKATEBOARD.
It is important to use merchandise sold by Evolve Skateboards USA LLC in accordance with the manufacturer's design and recommendations to minimize these risks. However, accidents and unforeseen hazards do exist and the purchaser and users of the merchandise sold by Evolve Skateboards USA LLC agree as follows:
I, the purchaser or user of the merchandise, agree to release Evolve Skateboards USA LLC, its owners, agents and employees, from any and all liability for damage, injury, paralysis and death to myself, any other person, or property, resulting from the use or misuse of the merchandise sold by Evolve Skateboards USA LLC.
I, the parent of a minor child, agree to release Evolve Skateboards USA LLC its owners, agents and employees, from any and all liability for damage, injury, paralysis and death to my child, any other person, or property, resulting from the use or misuse of the merchandise sold by Evolve Skateboards USA LLC.
It is agreed that any and all liability of Evolve Skateboards USA LLC its owners, agents and employees shall be limited to the purchase price of the merchandise.
It is agreed that any legal action brought against Evolve Skateboards USA LLC for any reason will be brought in the state of California.
I have read and understand the terms of this agreement. I understand that my purchase and use of the merchandise sold by Evolve Skateboards USA ads manifests my agreement to the terms of this Agreement. I understand that this Agreement releases Evolve Skateboards USA from any and all claims of liability brought by myself, my minor children, and any other third party who uses the merchandise purchased from Evolve Skateboards USA.

In the event that an Evolve Skateboards USA LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Evolve Skateboards LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Evolve Skateboards reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Evolve Skateboards USA shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION
Although Evolve Skateboards USA LLC has made every effort to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products will depend upon the monitor of the user and Evolve Longboards LLC cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. Purchases may be subject to applicable taxes (duties, VAT etc) in the purchaser’s shipping destination. These are to be paid by the purchaser and are not included in the shipping cost applied at Evolve Skateboards’ online checkout.
